BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. To book the accommodation, you should complete, print and
then submit this booking form, this will be accepted as a provisional booking, and an email will be sent advising
you of this. Please bring this signed form with you on holiday. If you are a non-UK or EU resident then you will be able to pay via
international transfer via Moneybookers.
2. Weekly bookings run for 7 nights - Check-in after 16:00 on Saturday until
check-out before 10:00 the following Saturday. A 20% deposit is required at the
time of booking, the remainder of the cost of the
rental is due eight weeks before the first day of the
holiday. Reservations made within eight weeks of the start of the holiday
require full payment at the time of booking.
3. A damage deposit of £150 is required, this deposit will cover any damage to the accommodation or
contents (the accommodation being the cottage or apartment and grounds), although the clients
liability is not limited to this amount. The damage deposit is due with final
payment (8 weeks before holiday start date). The damage deposit will be refunded or
accounted for within two weeks of the end of the holiday.
4. In the event of cancellation prior to eight weeks before the start of the
holiday only the booking deposit will be forfeited. Thereafter, cancellation
charges will be the full rental. WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND INSURANCE FOR BOTH
MEDICAL AND PERSONAL COVER WHICH INCLUDES CANCELLATION CHARGES.
5. The client agrees to be a considerate tenant, to take good care of the
accommodation and its contents and to leave it clean and tidy at the end of the
holiday. We reserve the right to deduct cleaning charges from the damage deposit
if the accommodation is left in an unacceptable condition.
6. In the event of any accommodation breakages the client is asked to report to the
owners to enable repairs to be effected at the earliest possible time. We will
not be liable for any temporary stoppage in the supply of public services to the
accommodation nor in respect of any equipment or appliance failure.
7. We cannot accept responsibility for any injury, loss or damage caused in or
around Les Tilleuls accommodation or the Swimming Pool.
8. I understand that there is a separate charge for electricity during the
months of October to March.
