Les Tilleuls Bed and Breakfast holiday accommodation is located in the Lot department of the Midi-Pyrenees region of southwest France. Also traditionally known as the Quercy region we are located south of Sarlat and Rocamadour and north of Cahors. Our Bed and Breakfast Accommodation is in easy reach of the Dordogne valley. We offer short break holidays, long weekend holidays so that you can get a taster of what the midi-pyrenees SW France area has to offer. Sarlat, Cahors and Rocamadour are only three of numerous lovely villages and towns. French breaks in our BandB offers such things as trail riding, fishing, canoeing or cycling. Or you can wander around any number of lovely chateaux or traditional french food markets. Les Tilleuls bed and Breakfast accommodation is your perfect base..

BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. To book the accommodation, you should complete, print and then submit the Booking Form by clicking on the "booking form" link below, this will be accepted as a provisional booking, and an email will be sent advising you of this. If paying the deposit directly into our UK account you will be sent the account details in this email.  Please sign the form, and, if not paying the deposit directly into the bank account, return it together with a 20% deposit, we will send a confirmation email when we receive the signed form and the funds clear the bank account. This will be the formal acceptance of the booking.
If you are a non-UK or EU resident then I will contact you about payment after receiving the booking form, or if you have any questions please use the query form on the contact page.

2. The balance is due eight weeks before the first day of the holiday. Reservations made within eight weeks of the start of the holiday require full payment at the time of booking.

3. When the accommodation is booked for more than 5 consecutive nights a damage deposit of €150 is required to cover any damage to the accommodation or contents (the accommodation being the house and grounds), although the clients liability is not limited to this amount. This should be in the form of a cheque handed over on arrival at the accommodation. The damage deposit will be refunded or accounted for within two weeks of the end of the holiday.

4. In the event of cancellation prior to eight weeks before the start of the holiday only the booking deposit will be forfeited. Thereafter, cancellation charges will be the full rental. WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND INSURANCE FOR BOTH MEDICAL AND PERSONAL COVER WHICH INCLUDES CANCELLATION CHARGES.

5. The client agrees to be a considerate tenant, to take good care of the accommodation and its contents and to leave it clean and tidy at the end of the holiday. We reserve the right to deduct cleaning charges from the damage deposit if the accommodation is left in an unacceptable condition.

6. In the event of any accommodation breakages the client is asked to report to the owners to enable repairs to be effected at the earliest possible time. We will not be liable for any temporary stoppage in the supply of public services to the accommodation nor in respect of any equipment or appliance failure.

7. The rental period will commence at 1600 on the first day and terminate at 1100 on the last day. If you plan to arrive earlier, please let us know and we will do our best to have the accommodation ready for you.

8. We cannot accept responsibility for any injury, loss or damage caused in or around Les Tilleuls accommodation or the Swimming Pool.

9. Regrettably, no pets are allowed at Les Tilleuls
