Les Tilleuls holiday cottage and apartment is located on a traditional Quercy farmstead in the heart of the Lot Department in the midi-pyrenees region of southwest France. We are 25 minutes north of Cahors, 25 minutes south of Gourdon and within 40 minutes of Rocamadour and Sarlat, the Lot department is world famous for its scenery, outdoor activities and wonderful food. Les Tilleuls holiday accommodation is in a very peaceful rural location, yet we are only 15 minutes from the A20 north/south motorway and within a half an hour of the busy medieval towns of Gourdon and Cahors. Also within a 15 minute drive you will find 12 excellent country restaurants serving very nice and inexpensive regional food. There is so much to see and do in the Lot you will always find something to fill your day and at the end of it you can unwind next to the saltwater pool.

Les Tilleuls dates back to the mid 1600's and has been recently
renovated to provide a comfortable holiday hom
e.
It is situated on the west side of the square farmstead plot, there is
a graveled courtyard between the cottage and the house. In the courtyard there is a stone gariotte (shepherd's lambing hut) and
a magnificent ash tree, both which pre-date the cottage.
The kitchen is fully fitted
with everything that you need, including a washing machine. The lounge has two
double sofas, one of which is a sofa-bed, the television has Sky free-view
British channels. There is a round dining table that seats 4.
The family bathroom has a Grohe shower over the bath.
Upstairs there is one double bedroom and a twin bedroom, there is a WC in the
hallway between the two bedrooms. A "welcome pack" of groceries is provided for
bookings of one week or longer.
La Bergerie is a converted 19th century stable block, it consists of a 6.5m x 4m private dining/living room with dining table. In the living area there is a comfortable sofa-bed, a CD player and Sky free-view channels television are available for your enjoyment. The 5m x 4m double bedroom has a very comfortable king sized bed, plus a separate single bed, with views over the gardens and hills beyond. There is a separate bathroom with shower. There is a fully equipped kitchen area which includes a full size 4 ring cooker with oven and a fridge. We can also provide evening meals if required - just give us 24 hours notice. The apartment is also available on a bed & breakfast basis, please contact us for prices and details. A "welcome pack" of groceries is provided for bookings of one week or longer. Outside of both accommodation there is a private terrace with a barbeque and outside dining table with chairs.
There is a 5 metre round saltwater above ground swimming pool with a decked area for sunbathing.
